Process of Company Registration

Step 2: 

Make sure OBJECTIVE, Authorized capital , Paid up capital (investment), Member of shareholders, Chairman, Managing Director, Directors, Signatories, Managing Agent (if any), Income tax certificate (individual), National ID, TnT ,Mobile phone and email of the share holders & Address of the company.

Step 3:

Select name of the company from Board Meeting and apply through RJSC (online). If it is rejected shall apply for consideration the selected name giving Tk. 200 to bank. It takes time (7 days) for approval if NAME is rejected.

Fees of name clearance is Tk. 600 (Approved name is valid till 6 months).

Step: 4

Fill up MOA (Memorandum & Article of Association) through online of RJSC.

Step: 5

Fill up with digital signature FORM 9, FORM 12, FORM 01 (specimen copy is available @ RJSC website).

Step: 6

An amount is required to deposit to selected bank as registration fees.

Step: 7

You will get confirmation for registration after deposit the fees. Registered copy shall be sent through COURIER service to your registered address of the company by 3 days.

Step: 8

Now you shall go for Trade license @ RAJUK/ City Corporation. Must carry MOA copy, TIN of individual and company, National ID , Photos and Deed of rent agreement  of the company.
